Basic seal - fairness as standard
Companies with the basic seal pay wages that are at least equal to the standard wage and on time, grant enough vacation time to allow employees to recover, pay expenses that are at least equal to the tax expense allowance, have proven occupational safety support and more.
Premium seal - More than fair
Companies with the premium seal also offer at least 5 additional social benefits. These can be above-tariff pay, a company pension scheme, private supplementary health insurance, capital-forming benefits, more vacation, higher expenses or other financial or non-cash benefits.
