Working time account

consistently equal pay despite different numbers of working hours per month.

The purpose of working time accounts is to enable employers to pay the same wage throughout the year, even if the amount of work performed varies. To this end, the actual hours worked are recorded. In months in which more hours are worked than stipulated in the employment contract, the hours are transferred to the working time account as a credit. In months in which less is worked, the "minus hours" are offset accordingly. In other words, overtime is recorded in an account and can then be offset by time off in agreement with the employer. The advantage for you as an employee is that you reliably receive the same pay and can also take the occasional day off.

Working time accounts are an optional service for the fairerjob@logistics premium seal.
