Safety and occupational health care
so that you don't get hurt at work and stay healthy.
Safety and occupational health care helps you to work safely and stay healthy. This creates the conditions for you to stay fit in the long term, do your job well and not be affected by the long-term consequences of your work, even in old age. The employer must take the necessary measures to prevent accidents at work, occupational illnesses and work-related health hazards and to provide effective first aid.
Safety-related support is always individually tailored to the needs of the company. Depending on the situation, work equipment or work processes can be inspected and advice or training can be provided on how to behave correctly at the respective workplace and how to reduce hazards or avoid accidents.
Safety and occupational health care is usually provided by external service providers. Larger companies may employ their own in-house occupational safety specialists or even occupational physicians. In smaller companies, the employer can organize occupational health and safety themselves if they have taken part in appropriate training provided by the relevant employers' liability insurance association.
In order to receive the fairerjob@logistics seal, employers must provide evidence of the company's safety and occupational health support.
