Free drinks for employees

Keeping the body hydrated is important for performance. Many companies provide their employees with free drinks. This is a purely voluntary benefit provided by the employer. It is up to the employer to decide whether and which drinks are provided. Not all companies offer this. The larger a company is or if many employees work away from home, the more difficult it is to organize this benefit. Hygiene reasons or contracts with canteen operators can also be reasons against providing free drinks.
