Company events or company celebrations

Whether it's a Christmas party, annual kick-off event, summer party, barbecue, company outing, anniversary celebration or something completely different, there are many occasions and types of company events. Many employers try to offer their employees an event at least once a year. Whether this is at all, when and what type of event depends on the specifics of the company - and of course also on the economic situation of the company. The purpose of such a celebration is usually to thank employees for their work in a special setting and for everyone to get to know each other better. Under tax law, employers are allowed to celebrate with their employees up to twice a year. However, there is no obligation to hold company events.

In order to receive the fairerjob@logistics premium seal, employers can choose company celebrations as a criterion if they organize a company event for their employees at least once a year.
