Benefits platform

Benefits here refer to special offers for a company's employees. To this end, companies can conclude contracts with providers who offer particularly favorable promotions on their platform. These can be admission tickets, special products or services that are offered at particularly low prices or even offers from the catering industry. The advantage for you is that you can benefit from particularly favorable conditions and discounts that you would otherwise not receive.

What is not meant here is the summary of all non-cash benefits for employees that are paid in addition to their salary. Occasionally, these are combined in one platform to simplify administration. This is then also referred to as a corporate benefits platform.

To receive the fairerjob@logistik premium seal, employers can select the benefits platform as a criterion if they offer a contract with special benefits for employees.
