Assumption of training costs for drivers in accordance with the BKrfQG

saves you costs.

In commercial goods transport, vehicles with a maximum permissible mass of more than 3.5 tons may only be driven by drivers who have completed the accelerated or normal basic qualification in accordance with the BKrFQG. Thereafter, every 5 years, evidence must be provided of further training lasting a total of 5 days (5 blocks of 7 hours each). The costs for the initial qualification and for further training are generally the responsibility of the driver's license holder, i.e. as a driver you normally bear these costs yourself. There are employers who cover both the basic costs and the training costs for their drivers and organize the training either externally or in-house.

If employers cover the costs of further training for their employees in accordance with the BKrfQG or carry out the training themselves at no cost to the employees, they can specify this service as a criterion for the fairerjob@logistics premium seal.
