28 days a year vacation or more

better rest and more time with your family.

According to the law, you are entitled to at least 24 days' vacation per year for a 6-day working week. With a 5-day working week, the minimum entitlement is 20 vacation days. That would be four weeks. If you change jobs, your old employer must issue you with a certificate confirming the vacation you have already taken. It is important to know that leave already granted also counts for the new employer. This means that you are not entitled to "double" leave with your old and new employer. In addition to the statutory regulations, leave is often regulated in collective agreements. If your employer grants all employees at least 28 days of vacation per year, this can be used as a criterion for the premium certificate.

To receive the fairerjob@logistics premium seal, employers can choose this benefit if they grant their employees at least 28 days of vacation per year. +
